Was it my post that you saw? I am using them, have been digging around researching them for about a year now and heard all good things, including some brides on another forum who were very pleased with their dresses. (good because some less than honest people 'buy' ebay feedback so seeing established forum members happy makes me trust their f/b more)
I have ordered from them, My dress is sue in about 6 weeks (custom design being made for me) If you are not in a hurry to order I will be more than happy to let you know how I get on if you like?
They have been very good with me so far, sourcing fabrics they don't usually use and new colours, posting extra swatches and going through the design with me, very friendly and helpful, at no extra charge - my dress has cost £139 including postage from China (their factory is there, like many designers) even if I have to pay VAT and customs and handling fee's it will total less than £200 which is fantastic considering it is fully lined, boned and I have got a long train, plus beading etc.
I figured I would take a chance, nothing ventured etc, as I have a back up plan in place already
but tbh I feel very confident it will be fine.
make sure you get someone to measure you properly though and go by their charts not your dress size.
