We are having a village fete theme wedding!
Would love some ideas , especially on tables and chairs as i am stuck.
We have decided to have a gazpacho soup starter, bbq for mains and strawberrys and cream for dessert, my problem is that i dont want a "stuffy" sit down meal!
So the traditional round tables are of the list.
Thinking about wooden bar benches ????
any ideas ?

how about long tables with 'country theme' table clothes on the diagonal. then doesn't really matter what tables look like as they are covered. Love the hay bales idea smile.gif

I love the haybale idea! You could also get a random conbination of different wooden style chairs, with none of them matching. You could always ask family and friends if they could lend you some and you could always search the charity shops for the rest.
