Hi
I'm stuck between having a chocolate and burnt orange Spanish inspired theme or a chocolate and teal golf inspired theme. Has anyone any suggestions or ideas that might help me pick?

Orange is really really hard to get stuff for, although there are some lovely dresses in debenhams now,. my friend had it for her wedding in October and the photos are lovely but she said she would never advise anyone to have orange because of how hard it is to get together as a colour scheme xxx

My sister-in-law and brother had brown and orange for their wedding in July 2007. Its was beautiful and as far as i know they did not have any problems. The men had brown suits and my brother had an orange cravat to stand out from the others. They had bright orange gerbaras for flowers and sent out handmade invites etc in their colour scheme. We as bridesmaids had short brown dresses from Pronuptia but tried many on from high street shops such as Coast and House of Fraser. Everything looked fantastic. I say go for the brown and orange knowing how great it can look.

Thanks I'm glad to know my instinct was right. There's something very warm and sexy about chocolate orange whereas much as I love teal its much cooler. Fingers crossed it'll all fall into place

Chocolate and orange is scrummy and you could do chocolate orange segments on the table to follow the theme through....

Funny had just said that to H2b last night, we're not having favours but donating to charity instead so I thought chocolate orange segments would be something to place on the tables instead.
