Is anyone else going for this type of colour scheme? We wanted something vibrant and fresh but now am a bit stuck.

you could incorporate it on the sashes for chair covers, ribbons around the cake, ribbons on your bouquet and on the buttonholes, perhaps 'tiffany' blue style boxes with little choccies in for favours etc etc

Swarovski do some gorgeous teal/aqua shades of crystal that can be incorporated in your and/or your bridesmaids' jewellery.

I had Silver favour boxes with a teal bow on top for the men, Teal coloured handbags favour boxes for the Ladies with a silver butterfly on them.

My adult Bm's had teal dresses with silver shoes, my little BM's had ivory dresses.

My Flowers are as attached, you might need to zoom as they have teal stones in the roses

We had teal.

some pics here: pics

All BM's were in teal, teal ties for the men, teal vases and teal organza favour bags,

My friends made teal hangings for the ceiling from scraps of bm dress material and also fabric roses to go in with the real flowers in the table centrepieces.

Hi 'Sher'

I've just looked on your link and seen the nicest Turquoise Bridesmaid dresses on one of the photos! Just wondering if you know where they are from/who made them?

Thanks

Hiya,

I've done quite a few weddings using turquoise, especially those abroad/beach style
The colour works really well with a white base and looks fabulous with a range of vibrant colours including pink, orange and lime green, or with a metal ie gold.
I design stationery and work a lot with some really gorgeous handmade papers, the colours are fantastic, here is one "Opulence" http://www.no9design...0collection.htm and another "paradise" http://www.no9design...0collection.htm you can swop the papers over and change ribbon colours but both sound like they would work with your ideas.
The brides went for some really stunning flower displays using birds of paradise, one had a white based wedding with hints of turquiose and gold and had lillies and frangipani (hope thats how you spell it??)
If i can be of any help feel free to email me.
Happy searching
Rachelx

I bought a turqouise tie from Debenhams (as we are getting the suits from there) I took it with me to look at bridesmaids dresses and to colour match and can I just say Alfred Angelo Tealness is not as dark as you think, it was a perfect match in the natural light.

Also Dessy do two colours like it, Ocean & Spa

hope that helps xxx

Would you believe, last nights conversation goes like this......

H2b - I don't think I want blues/greens anymore. Can we have peach?
me - No. I hate peach.
H2b - Well I hate teal. Choose something different.

RRRRAAAAHHHHHHHH!
