Im really not sure if I've got a theme as such.

I've got colours. Pale yellow & blue. But I don't have a 'theme'. Every mag I've looked at/bought keeps saying I have to have a theme. I don't think I have one. I've pretty much done everything, so where could I get my 'theme' in?

Thank you

If you don't want a theme then don't have one! We were very like you in that we had colours rather than a theme. I had butterflies on the cake and invitations, but not sure thats enough to be called a theme.

Other than that it was just black and white! We quite enjoyed our mismatched day and certainly didn't have anyone sitting there saying it'd have looked better if it was all pirate themed, or english garden themed... (No offence to anyone WITH those themes, illustration purposes only)

Go with what you want! xx

We never had a theme. I wouldn't try and squeeze one in just for the hell of it hunny.

Your colours sounds fabulous. We had blue and ivory x

You dont have to have a theme, I am only really having a theme so I can decide on colours and flowers.

I think that "wedding" is a good theme!!! A lot of people asked me about my theme and l didn't have one - just co-ordinated colours.

Your colours are theme enough, don't get dragged into picking a theme if you don't want one!

We've not got a theme as such, we've got colours and having a few Greek traditions as Poodleboy is half Greek. I don't know of anyone who's had "a theme" as such.

On your wedding day you should have only what YOU want. If you don't want a theme, don't have one. smile.gif

We don't really have a theme, it's a complete mish-mash to be honest, 40's styling, Hollywood Glam (kind of), with punk rockers and tattoos and general weirdness!! Just have whatever you want, that will make you happy! x

I'm not fussed on a theme. I'm getting married in a woodland in May so the woods will pretty much provide the theme! I'll probably add green and bits of pink around as I like that colour combination and it will fit with the season. Just go with what you are happy with, there's no rules smile.gif

we only had colours running through the day. I think themes can get a bit cheesy unless they're done very well.

colours is theme enough, in my humble!!

I agree, having a theme is a personal choice, and it's your day, so your choice.

We are including things that we like cos, well, we like em wub.gif
