Hi all,

Ive seen lots of praise about milly bridal dresses and as I have a really tight budget for the bridesmaid dresses I was thinking Millys may be a cheaper option. However, Im not sure how it works. Am I right in thinking you email a picture of what you want and they give you a quote? Will it work out that much cheaper for 2 bridesmaid dresses? Do they make the dresses to measurements or closest size if you know what I mean. Also, I wanted sage green or/and pale pink - do they do these colours? Also, while Im asking a million questions, do you think they could make me a lace jacket/bolero or do they just use satin?

Any help appreciated but cant reply until tomorrow! smile.gif

Thanks all.

if you take a look at their website it shows a lot of what they usually do but if the design you want is not there then yes you can email them a pic. they usually have lots of colours to choose fro and if not they may be able to get it for you

i havent used them myself but i have heard lots of people that have and ive only ever heard praise for them.
you can get them made to measure at no extra cost but these are not refundable and they use any types of fabric so a lace bolero should be fine. just ask the, they are friendly when i have enquired perviously.

also meant to say you can request fabric samples. i have 2 on the way and it cost e £1.20 in total for both samples and postage

Yup, what Sarah said. If you have any questions at all, then just ask them, but do use plain and simple English as it isn't their first language.

I had my own designed dress for my reception and including delivery it was £150. It will be considerably less for a bridemaid dress if you keep it simple.
Here is my dress.
